@Aaron NelsonIf you go through an RMLO and an Attorney specializing in suing people for real estate matters to protect your interests, you should be fine, but know real estate professionals sometimes lack ethics of paying you, NOT ALWAYS but sometimes.Understand if you are the bank and are doing simultaneous financing, as @Wayne Brooks was alluding to, the discount on the note is severe.
