How legal/ ethical/ possible is it to hire a surveyor that offers you that deal?

Keep working hard - do it intelligently and ethically, and you'll be able to build an awesome business.

Do business honestly and ethically and I feel the benefits of having a real estate license far out way any perceived negatives.

It seems more ethical to me compared to putting a property under contract and trying to find another buyer.

I've developed a strong analytical and interpersonal skill set, as well as a solid work ethic.

But I would say you have an ethical obligation to discuss and find out where your broker stands with it.  

These are professionals with additional training and a stricter code of ethics.

I want experience with handling higher priced projects and homes and I also want to make sure that the company I work with is A1 in the ethics department.

@Aaron NelsonIf you go through an RMLO and an Attorney specializing in suing people for real estate matters to protect your interests, you should be fine, but know real estate professionals sometimes lack ethics of paying you, NOT ALWAYS but sometimes.Understand if you are the bank and are doing simultaneous financing, as @Wayne Brooks was alluding to, the discount on the note is severe. 

Ethically, there's not much more I can say, especially after looking over the listing..
