PM Stops responding causing some concern

Hey Everyone,

My Property Manager hasn't been responding to any of my communication for over a week.

I've called different numbers, sent multiple emails requesting a response, and have had no luck hearing back.

Without getting into details since this is a public forum, I found out the PM didn't rectify a mistake they said they would which will cause some major issues of concern.

Any suggestions on how to deal with this ?

Do you have any property manager references in Columbus ?

Thank you!

@Shashank R.

I would clear any joint banks accounts you have with the manager. Start interviewing new managers immediately and then formally notify tenants that management has changed from the old manager and that you will handle any issues and rent collection (until the new manager is hired). I would probably fly there to sort it out.
