Once we hit 2020, things started to pick back up, but small delays came with the FHA board asking for different items/paperwork, etc.Come to the start of February, and the file stayed with underwriting for about 8 days.

- Funding would be for 3 months to 6 months, with possible extensions TBD and evidence of ongoing effectOWNERS: - documentation = rent rolls and evidence of people who need to leave due to C19 issues- effect on ability to pay mortgage, other expenses or essential income- possibly a credit line to fund rent deferrals: this could be offered to current tenants or possibly to prospective tenants who are otherwise good credit risks. - perhaps owner would assume 5 to 10% of the risk which is better than the cost of having empty unit and also helps out the tenants.

I also have the option to lock in a fixed rate, but that is currently at 6% over 20 years (last I checked, could be lower). 7) I will have $0 of my own money invested into the property (at least that's how it's planned thus far)8) The original plan was to purchase with my HELOC, then after closing, cash-out refinance my personal home to pay off the HELOC, and essentially have two homes on one mortgage.

I wouldn't expect to see cities cut real estate or personal property taxes as most of them are cutting budgets to keep essential services going as sales and meals tax collections have been all but wiped out at this point.
