Data driven and research and investor friendly agents are always reach higher levels in the industry.I never interviewed big name companies, and I'm glad I didn't.

Many people that re agents and property managers here on BP that you reach out to will say, negative things about those properties and will not necessarily want to work with you for those "low commissions", or "in those areas" or "those type of clients".....Whatever that means.

It can be scary but it's even scarier to think of reaching the end of life, and realizing you missed out on so many things because of fear! 

One of my considerations is to further improve the value by taking a renovation loan, however I'm concerned because of the neighborhood values that investing more money into the home won't net me much profit whether I sell or rent.I feel a little stuck here and I don't want to fall to my limited knowledge, so I'm here reaching out for some guidance.Thank you in advance for any advice or support.
