So i been driving for dollars lately and i've been sending out letters to the absentee owners for those vacant properties but theres a couple of houses i been trying to figure out where the owners are.

Great story and a lot of the times it is the story that moves and drives us.

It will also kind of remove that barrier between the street and the house for people driving by.

Wish we could switch fully to online but the P.O. box is less than a five minute drive from my house so not too terribly inconvenient.

There is nothing sustainable about it and there is no value created for the society, in fact it's a parasitic behaviour. 

I have always learned that as an investor you make more money signing contracts then picking up the hammer or driving around to get rents.Just my 2 cents@Waylon Themerundefined

For example, if your LLC owns a car, they will ask if you limit the driving to LLC-related business?  

By walking/driving the neighborhood during the day and at night.

You feel like the whole world is staring at you as the cars drive by.
