Experiencing my first warm weather (80 degree) Christmas

Lol  He only takes a few minutes to warm up to people, but it’s gotta be on his terms. 

I like this color because it looks really good with warm tones, but it also looks pretty good with the gray tones as well. 

The heat is getting worse year after year because of global warming and the “ heat island effect”, where more concrete and roads that hold heat mean the temperature stays hotter at night.

You should sell 100x more because it’s in the landlord’s hell called California than because some idiot lied to you about what was called global warming and had to be changed to climate change.Havent you gotten the memo?

In theory its doable, but the market is warm enough right now that they go pretty quick.  

Remember, when you are providing a home for someone else to live in, it takes a great deal of responsiblity to ensure that they have a safe, secure and warm place to live 24/7.
