There are point of use water heaters but I also assume the previous renters got hot water during their rental period.I’m certainly not telling you if you have access to the water heater to turn the red dial on the bottom to a hotter setting. 

If you are not personally putting your self directed ira into the mix and you are running the project/investment with other people’s self directed ira is this an easier approach regarding access to funds?

I'm more afraid of the security aspect of having the unknown come and go constantly.

As far as comps, I don't have access to the MLS, so I only have what I can find on my own on Zillow, etc. 

Hi All,I am wondering what opinions people have about up-and-coming RE-tech startups that offer crowdfunding platforms or tokenized investment solutions in an attempt to solve the high barrier to entry (accessibility) and liquidity problems in real estate investing (would anyone consider using these platforms as an alternative to traditional real estate investing at any stage in their endeavors?)

And if you really want to grow your team fast then pay the $20,000-$50,000 or whatever they are asking for now for access to their contacts.
