I had a buyer back out after closing because he did not like his finance companies process.

Company name is Ramapo Hills Property Management & Maintenance.

There are property management companies, but looks like I have to sign up for a full service to do the annual inspection.

Hello,I recently closed on a BFD deal and looking for direction on correctly setting up journal entries, to make it easy at tax time.In a nutshell...We hold a mortgage on the property with a principal of $150k, 4.25%, 30yr amort (liability)The BFD sale price was $300k, with a $45 downpayment, $255k financed at 5.5%, 25yr amort, 3yr balloon (asset).All transactions are run through an escrow agent, and we just collect the net difference monthly (~$325 or so).   

That makes a big difference when you are trying to make a decision. 

I typically do B/C class rentals and flips so I may be in a different genre than you.  

Can anyone recommend a good skip tracing companies I am trying to locate two tenants that I had evicted. 

But I don't think that was smart and I'll do it differently for my next tenant/guest. 

While I agree that you have to do your own due diligence on the individual and the company, I disagree that you need to know about the specific business.
