When you consider that then here is what happens...When you follow 2000 some odd you are essentially destroying your stream, making it incomprehensible because you're getting constant updates from 2000 people so you lock yourself out right there from half the benefits of twitter.Step 4 is the worst because you are actively seeking the wrong kind of people.

Living in New England, I don't see a need to store water since we have so many streams, ponds, lakes everywhere and I can just filter.

It increases risk, not just to the revenue stream, but to tenant damage.

This Tiger Woods drama is nothing I really care about, but the announcement that he is giving up golf is what gets my blood boiling.

I have had problems with renters in "good" areas and bad but it's a great trade off for me to stay in the below 30-40k markets and have more streams of rental incomes.

My goal, as always, is to create a new income stream by installing carports AND ideally the income stream would be independent of my tenants.

The prospect of steady and continuous income stream is very tempting, but I feel new investors are making a horrible mistake by jumping into long term rentals with leverage.
