When you consider that then here is what happens...When you follow 2000 some odd you are essentially destroying your stream, making it incomprehensible because you're getting constant updates from 2000 people so you lock yourself out right there from half the benefits of twitter.Step 4 is the worst because you are actively seeking the wrong kind of people.
