At the moment, duplexes go for anywhere between 900k-1.2m and triplexes, on the rare occasion they are listed/sold, go for anywhere from 1m-1.5m+.

The videos were released to the internet without homeowner notification or consent.In the videos, he speaks out of turn on a number of occasions, from the realm of qualified home inspector and into structural engineering, eye-balled cost estimates for repairs well outside of his realm, and used a number of adjectives not pertinent or professional to the level of service that I'd expect from a "licensed professional"As you can imagine, there is a good bit of "chatter" among the broker/agent community in the area of the house, as well as commentary on Facebook from the people "equally as qualified for comment."

My advice on situations like this if you are a small fish stay in your own back yard plenty of good deals .That way you can keep track of all the stuff that needs your attention fill in the blank ___.BIG fish well the whole  USA can be played they have the team in place to do a long distance rent ,rehab etc...
