I'm a family man and an architect living in Sunnyside, NY starting to research the market for real estate investment, maybe flipping houses could be a nice option due to my experience as an architect and designer.

My biggest concern is ease of access.  

When local people in Indianapolis talk about the city being "block by block", they are referring to areas like the one for which you have the pro-forma.  

That's excited stuff going on in my city for sure!!

We were given the opportunity to purchase a defaulted 1st Lien Non-Performing note/mortgage on a 2 story, historic building in Ohio City, less than two miles from the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame & the Cleveland Browns Stadium. 

That's besides the point though.We have been receiving a few complaints about tenants being uneasy due to the amount of loitering neighbors and city folk who are literally bringing chairs and sitting outside my apartment.

Check with city ordinances some towns are strict on how many units can be in a lot
