Need help rolling over CALSTRS retirement into Selfdirected 401k
Would a CPA be able to do this, or do I need a lawyer? anyone out there in Oregon able to help?

Self-directed Solo 401k plan are designed for those who are either self-employed or own a business without any full time employees. If you qualify - this is really great vehicle.
Drafting plan documentation for a self-directed 401k is not something that CPA's do. As Brian mentioned earlier his firm or our firm can assist you with that. There are other providers as well, look it up. Ask for references, interview couple different providers and then select one you like the most.
