My initial strategy is to find a 2-4 multifamily property to help get my passive income journey started.

The Personal knowledge and Growth that I am acquiring and recognizing along this journey just within this short period of time has become almost an addiction..

I’ve had a few rentals over the last couple of years and just recently started taking this REI journey more seriously through education, diving into BP, and getting involved with some local investing clubs.I’m currently finishing up a big renovation and cash out refi to reinvest elsewhere.

Looking forward to the journey and closing on #2 in the (hopefully) not too distant future.
