Also, it's a good school district and located right off I4 which will take you straight to the attractions, Daytona Beach or all the way to the Gulf Coast.

You could probably leverage your writing skills to attract people to you through a great website or FB page to find deals, BUT you'd also still need to learn the numbers and make relationships and find the deals to actually PROVIDE to those people in your sales channel you've worked so hard to create with your awesome writing skills.
