There is absolutely no need to pay the typical $thousands of dollars to buy one.If you end up buying one, or better yet, taking one over, you will want to join a reputable club that facilities trades from one location to another, so you don't end up staying at the same place each time.

I think if this situation happened to me, I would be asking him to check into storing his stuff at a storage facility - unless it poses absolutely no problem or interference to the incoming tenant.The question you have to ask is - Why is his stuff your problem?

Lots of folks do transfer to LLCs after getting the loan, but that absolutely does violate the DOS clause.
