I’ve been attending my local REIAs, reading a ton of books over the years, and listen to podcasts, especially BP.

Make sure you start attending some local reia events.

REIN is a great group to attend both the Main Event (once a month) and the Deals, Deals, Deals meeting (1st & 3rd Tuesday evenings)! 

Attend a few meetups as well, there are lots of great networking opportunities. 

I, too, am investing in the Atlanta area and when I'll be in the area next week and 2 weeks after that I'd like to see if it would sync well for me to attend one of the meetings.Unfortunately, when I went to the webpage Bill gave it says the domain expired on November 8th.Could you provide me with a phone number?

I originally attended a hundred Get Rich Quick seminars and Home Based Business seminars, before I took the Carleton Sheets, Low and No Money Down course.

If local - I would attends chamber of Commerce meetings and local homeowner association/neighborhood meetings.
