They're a variable expense; more usage will cost you.If I understood correctly, this is more of a roommate scenario.

I know that there is the potential for commercial zoning/usage but (at least per the listing and public record) it looks like it's just zoned agricultural. 

I even bought a cheap old travel trailer that I fixed up and we are hoping to rent it out for a little house hack!
