Hello,I am taking my pre licensing real estate class and we are on the topic of estate.

I've done this type of work for brands like Bose, Delta Air Lines, RealtyMogul, Vail Resorts and others -- DM me if you want to talk more on the topic.

I would love advice from experienced personnel in this topic.

Hey Jack… sorry… been working…First of all.. there is a big gap between broke and 800K in cash and one…maybe two or wait…maybe a third house… lol.Being new here does not necessarily equal not educated on the topic at hand and you sir… know the answer to your question on what to do.

And to keep the discussion going, I think it's also important here to mention that the funds you invest are tax deferred gains for anyone new to the topic; it has to come from an investment you recently sold (similar thought process to the 1031 Exchange).

I know this is way off topic of actual real estate investing but I’ll never know if I don’t try!
