Hello, bigger pockets community does anyone know of a website or software that analyzes the property and tells you how much it should rent out for and the expected vacancy rates.

Some items are not even anymore in the house i.e carpet replaced with tiles..The tax software I use H&R does seem to just show the depreciation summary for each year and not the total.

I would ask him for output now based on whatever software he uses even if it does not have all the elements you want that should be easy, then set a timeline for getting the rest.
