I'm considering putting in an offer on a SS in NC.  

In the Charlotte, Belmont, Gastonia, Mount Holly, Huntersville, Mecklenburg, Gaston county, North Carolina areas!

Those haven’t been performed in NC for septic and other on-site wastewater systems for decades.

I have always used HR block for my taxes but now that my return will no doubt be significantly more complex considering I own two rental properties I would like to enlist the services of a Real Estate tax professional.I live in Orange County, CA but my properties are in NC and IN.I am wondering if anyone can make a recommendation of any accountants that specialize in real estate investment for the purposes of tax that I can work with for my income tax return for 2016 and beyond.I live in Irvine so any recommendations in the OC area would be greatly appreciated.Thanks so much for your time.David

Hey everyone. I am extremely excited to learn more about real estate. I am interested in buy and hold properties and how to find creative financing. 

I live in NC, have one house that I rent, my (now former PM) had to evict the tenant which has cost me over $3k in repairs and 3 months lost rent, so far.  

I considered doing the same, as it is an option to include such a provision in the North Carolina Lease I use via EZLandLordForms.com - however, I ultimately opted NOT to do so, because I believe in training my tenants.
