If you want to get rid of the tenant and try to recoup the damages from the tenant and/or guest, it might be time to see a lawyer with some experience in the area (landlord tenant and civil case for property damage).

I've been using RHOL.COM for 20 years; gives full CR, criminal records and eviction reports straight from Experian Or Trans Union.btw: NEVER accept a CR given you directly by the applicant, you can't trust the prior landlord as they may want to get rid of them, so always check two rentals back.
