Do you have a plan to purchase if you get someone who might be interested?

I recently purchased my first property in Cleveland Ohio.

I found out from googling what a HELOC was so I took one out to get more funds to up my purchase power and jumped into a 3 family.

I have a lot of clients that ask me for creative ways to purchase property.

I only purchase good, like new furniture. 

I know it may vary by municipalities but do they tend to reappraise the property upon purchase? 

I am interested in purchasing a rental property in the Houston, TX area.

I inherited this tenant from purchase and have used property management in the past however I would like to manage myself.

Hi Thomas, That is a common path that many investors take by utilizing a credit line or second mortgage to access capital to support down payment / closing requirements for the new purchase. 

I do agree it's a good idea to purchase insurance and not go without.
