Real estate based business owners, how do you differentiate your model from other wholesalers, flippers, agents, brokers, etc?

We did some matching of calls to spots in multiple markets and developed some intelligence on what shows and what networks generate calls, so we have a really good model for what we want to buy in a market, and that works really well so the single TV campaign tracking number is not really an issue.  

@Steven Wiltz  Steven a little off topic but I just bought a MHP and I am hualing off the junkers and need to replace them. used park model single wides is what I am looking for  about half a dozen of those  any suggestions here in the northwest .. appreciate it in advance

My model (at least in 2016) is to buy with financing, develop the scope of work and then hire the work out to others.

Hi Everyone,I created a simple excel model to look at deals and could use some advice since I'm rather new.

Just looking for someone that sells a template or actually a couple of templates for finishing the house so that everyone in my group knows we are doing model "A" on the house on University and we are doing model "C" on the house on 2nd Ave.  

Each appliance description includes: type, color (if important for decor), make, model, serial number, year of manufacture, date of installation.... also filter size for furnaces.
