Hi all,I have two properties that I am buying and I need home insurance, specicifally a landlords policy.Which company is the best?

Believe it or not, I also get automatic emails from another realtor who's been at it for closer to 25 yrs, featured on one of BP podcasts who run a real estate and property management company in Florida. 

That being said, I'd do some research about forming a company in Egypt to open the LLC with.

Call the title company? 

You would need the help of a decent lawyer to compel companies like AirBNB or VRBO to disclose statements. 

An option may be to roll active 401k funds to an IRA and look at using a self directed IRA to buy the property.

I have had two opinions when company went in crawl space for foundation settling in the kitchen on 1969 built house.   

Found a local company that allowed 401K/IRA's to be rolled into one of their real estate investment funds.

Now, I own a wholesaling company based in Tampa Bay, and we do deals throughout Florida so feel free to reach out with any questions. 

Been told specifically that "this loan officer here will write them"...and then you call that loan officer and they aren't even at that company anymore.
