So, check out tenants closely and markets closer.I suggest you assume nothing, hope for the best and rely only on what you can verify.To my knowledge, seems the two areas you have mentioned haven't been areas of any real issue, prices and markets are rather stable. :)

For some of the mailing addresses, when I look them up on Google maps, they are office buildings, some of which I'm able to determine are banks.In these situations, is the property in question a foreclosure or could there possibly be a different reason why the owner's mailing address is listed as a bank office?

I found BP while doing a google search on questions I had on mortgage loans while I was house hunting for my primary residence.
