I have a question about the Illinois Dealer's License requirements.

Many people who squat have drug problems and meth and crack make people do things they would not do sober.

Very tough to screen for a non-drug/substance abuser who starts work at 8am.

This house is like drugs it will sell itself.

The realtor forgot to mention that the block I was buying on was the problem drug dealer block of the small city.

They are causing a disruption, and may be drug dealing out of the house/shed.

And while it's not the norm (here, at least), there have been some problems with property destruction and drug use/arrests (and even 1 OD, though it wasn't on the property).
