The issue is the initial set up process.Secondly my goals as a landlord are to have the least interactions with my tenants as possible, I'm not interested in late payments or making a few bucks more because of them, I'm looking for ways to eliminate late payments and keep interactions and time to a minimum with tenant management.

Not to criticize the OP because I think we all vulnerable to ageism, but one thing is missing from interactions with the lady...respect.

I learn each and every interaction I have with people, I lean heavily on my Commercial RE brokers.

COVID has slowed my interaction with the outside world but I do want to do a local meet up soon.

And guarantee them they won't have to interact with a mortgage underwriter or a realtor or a loan officer (people they regard as annoyances) to boot.

This allows greater synergy and more social interactions.
