Thats a very possible issue in my eyes.I honestly dont think an American could buy down there right now either.

I’m looking for anyone knowledgeable on the process and willing to chat with a bright-eyed American dreamer that wants to live there eventually long term.

Everybody says you have to do those two things to achieve the American dream, but that ain't necessarily the best use of your money, time, talents, resources and goals.

Someone else can better speak on this, but there are parts of the Westside that used to be the happening spots back in the 50s or sooner where some of the most affluent, influential leaders of the African American community used to live, but over the years for whatever reason has changed.
