I’ve been doing research for almost a year now and I want to start getting my feet wet, I’ve been looking for someone else to work for or to work with.

So straight to the point here, as I begin talking with sellers and get my feet wet in the industry, I noticed im missing some understanding of the most important part of getting someones house under contract.

Crawl spaces in Atlanta are very wet right now because of the heavy rains over the last few weeks.  

Anyway this has helped a great deal might have to do some networking to find someone willing to partner on a deal to get my feet wet. 

Currently looking to get my feet wet in the Real Estate Investing game.

If a pipe does freeze, it's best to get to it right away (before it bursts) and wrap hot wet cloths around the frozen area, to get the water to start moving.
