Turns out they smoked in my house (against the rules) snuck a dog into my house (against my rules because one of my kids has allergies), then they looked right at my ring camera and said "I know you are watching" and then threw their cigarette butt out on the ground.  

When we first began listening to his program, he instructed us to  do couple of things (back then the newspaper was gold...He said to advertise in the Newspaper) and when he said, "...your phone will never stop ringing", he was right! 

This property is versitile in that you can also have agriculture profits, host site events (weddings, retreats, etc) and build another house on the property.

I've been working as an estate property manager, and made a great income while I was managing vacation rentals, events and weddings!

Of course, this does not prevent my phone from ringing at 2am, but I don't like the idea of paying a property manager 10% off the top.  

 A: In terms of STRs, things used to be a lot more relaxed here and you could get away with more - yurts, campers/trailers, tents, weddings and events, etc. but now they are enforcing everything a lot more than they used to, and that will only continue to happen more in the future.

I have policies on my two children that will pay for their first car, college, weddings, and hopefully first house or a good portion of it.

The shower ring for the tub can't be standard height because it hits the ceiling...I've had to order custom risers for it so it doesn't hit.
