I just saw this on a FB group. Thought I'd share for those that might ever need something like this. Thoughts on this? I almost needed it with my last guest.... :-)

This also serves as your official notice that your stay will not be extended, nor will any other compensation be offered should you choose to stay. Thank you for your cooperation."
