do you know how to virtual wholesale?

Any recommendations on virtual wholesaling because that’s what I would be doing?

Now that I am renting out the main house to tenants as well, they want me to do two separate policies, one for the main house, one for the garage apartment (same parcel as yours was) but the garage apartment is virtually un-insurable.

If the property needs a lot of work and comparable properties that were virtually turn-key and sold for his asking price then I would definitely offer lower than asking.

@Greg Dickerson Greg I couldn’t agree more with that mindset, to be honest that’s where my mindset was and then I shifted it after seeing all these guys just crushing it virtually.
