Thought about trying data tree as well.

My wealthiest clients are the ones who buy consistently and don't put to much thought into it meaning if the deal works it works and there’s no reason to talk yourself out of buying it.

Right now we are still lower then that - causing a sellers market  - watch as this increases to look for opportunity and there are more but do some research to learn about these indicators so you can be prepared for not IF the market changes, but WHEN it changes.
