Everything else is off limits.A STR is basically a really small hotel....they have camera in entry/exit and common areas where there is no expectation of privacy. 

I was very skeptical but I talked to a friend who runs a huge portfolio with STR and boutique hotel and he it leads to a big uptick in bookings.
