This community has changed hands several times but the management style has stayed consistent  so the value of the homes have risen.

Issues on the project are not good for staying on budget and hitting completion targets. 

We have no paper trail of past payments but have a letter from tenant to owner stating that "sorry I was late with payments and I want to continue staying in the house."

Stay with inexpensive, easily replaced and repaired standard windows.

I personally prefer 2 bedroom units over 1 bedroom units for a multitude of reasons.Typically more desirable, commands higher rents, less turnover as tenants tend to stay longer, etc.

Then again, I'm not surprised. 

Just trying to figure out how long they can stay there in the worst case scenario.

Make sure you set up your key word alerts so you can stay tuned to what going on around town.

You may be surprised to find out that not all munipalities will work with you.
