I feel that this is both good and bad; it's going to be tough to get all of this information together, but on the other hand, seeing that this isn't just a get rich quick scheme makes it more real and obtainable to me.My biggest desire at the moment is to learn, and I have always felt the best people to learn from are those who have real world experience both succeeding and failing at whatever it is they do.

Their credit is usually shot by that point anyway and unless you go at them with a way for them to keep their HOME, what incentive do they have to hand over their equity and their memories to someone who obviously will benefit from their misfortune?

First hand, I remembered why I became a property manager, as well why I refuse to rent from homeowners that employ my services.The ending story is, I will be moving February 1, 2007, I informed the landlord if his daughter the "apartment manager" that is she forced her way into my home again or continues to act as a fool in public , I will have her arrested for trespassing, and endangering the welfare of my child.
