Hello- apologies in advance if this question has been asked several times but I’m very new to this.

A House Hack would be ideal to begin with but I’m looking to end up with good cash flow so I would hope to have several Multi-Families.

I built up a level of trust after working through 1 property that had one major repair item and several minimal repairs.

The list is several pages long and basically protects the landlord at every turn.

I have existing relationships with several local banks and have a good idea of their underwriting criteria.  

My question is this..i live in Ga, I did a rent to own lease with my landlord several years ago.

Loan Originated 2001 for about $5100  several payment were made but my seller is unclear how many.

And they were the site that broke the 2016/2017 venture capital funding drought, and raised an impressive $20 million.At the same time, most of the investor feedback on them was not positive with several said they would not use the company again.

There are several CPAs on here who invest but don’t know if anyone is in Hawaii.

I have several other properties that are two flats, SFHs, condos etc. some of which have 30 year fixed and some of these are paid off.
