Hello -I have put my house on the market for the past 16 days on the MLS for rental.

The intent is to see if people have lowered their expectations for returns based on the current market.

Proposal 2:  Sell at market value and prepay 4 years of rent from the proceeds, standard lease terms.

In my market, the typical type of deed uses is a Special Warranty deed where you are guaranteeing only title issues that came into existence during your ownership.

I am thinking  it was recorded by the seller or the wholesaler that was trying to sell this property prior to going up for auction but have no proof who it was. 

The market rents on other hand are $1150 as is (this per the appraisal).
