;)I generally prefer to have architects (rather than engineers) prepare drawings that need to be submitted to building departments because they are more up to date with building codes and other language that usually needs to be on the drawing set. 

Tell them you'll pay the  $99 and another $500 for a moving truck if they're out by ________ date. 

Each apartment will likely hear what is going on in the next one.Lastly, when a house is that out of date, maybe the 1970's you know that there is deferred maintenance. 

On most of my listings we have 7 night minimum for any booking more than a month in advance, then 2 - 4 night min as those dates get closer. 

We are all hoping that real estate is included on that date.  

Close date was originally November 30, but was immediately moved to December 30, which was fine because that was communicated up front. 

Yes in California it’s 21 days after the final move out date.

- Lease end date was April 25- Lease required 60 day notice, they gave notice on March 20, but opted to pay rent through May 31 to allow flexibility for their move.- Signed a lease termination agreement ending the lease on May 31- Tenant moved out on April 10- A new lease was signed on April 28, final rent due was prorated to allow new tenants to move in May 22.  

Then say if you do not receive your deposit by that date, you will file against them in small claims court.
