I figured out a way to do the letters through my scanner and printer so I dont have to hand write every letter and every copy still has red font but it still looks like I hand wrote them all!

@Robert D, it looks like the tstat wires are as follows, red/blu/brown (choose one,cap the others) for desired fan speed goes to the brown wire going to the unit.

They may not have any legit basis for their demand other than being able to set some rules.What this is however, if it were a person that could be defined as a lender is a form of red lining setting a class of single family properties in a category and refusing to lend on them.

@Warren Lim I would think this would be a question your partner would have told you the answer to and if he didn't say yes or it depends it would have raised a red flag in my book as to who I would trust doing business with.
