Lastly, begin to think of yourself as a business try to figure out what your value proposition is and market and promote yourself constantly.  

You can do that in so many ways. by producing valuable content, by connecting other people, or helping promote others content by engaging with it in a positive way.

What marketing will you be doing aside from major platforms to promote your business? 

There is a large country wedding venue nearby, so I think the property could be promoted as a place for family members of the wedding to stay or as a secluded getaway location.

@Austin BullSee if you can pick up more overtime at your current job, rather than starting a second job, double your focus and effort where you are and try to get a raise/promotion.
