How do closing costs and other fees affect my profit in these types of transactions?

Let us not forget that the wealthy provide the vast majority of the jobs the middle class earn their income from.

What is a fair way to split the profits (if there are any)It is pretty much a contractor arrangement currently.

Think of all the places in a home that an industrious profit-driven drug creator could squirrel things away.

That way, if anything major is discovered, you'll have time to assess the situation and obtain additional inspections from other specialists as necessary.

I could use any helpful advice from current investors to make this profitable and enjoyable at the same time.

Now that doesn't include profit and OH but if it is for an IRA it might be feasible.

You are doing an installment sale but at no profit.  

The majority of respondents want cash and a fast close or full value for their homes with some lease-option candidates thrown in.
