@Mario Morales you never need permission to enter for health and safety emergencies, and if you have an urgent (but not emergency) issue like this, you simply need to provide the proper notice.

My guess is that if your lease doesn't specify one way or the other, that you still have a right to go in to make necessary repairs (repairs that you may be legally required to make for the other unit to comply with current codes or fire safety issues, etc.) with proper notification to the affected tenant. 

That motivation to go beyond your safety net to build something massive.My recommendation, create your 5 year plan, then 1 year plan, then 90 day goals.

The fact that this is a rural area makes this harder but safety is #1 and this is weird. 

I'm sure that we could cut down on those hours if I prioritize planning my trips out vs other activities but it is what it is for me.

Will lender close with those as health and safety code violations?
