New to forums, new to this site (my only forum adventure), and new to pursuing any more knowledge with making money in real estate, which I hope to lead to profitable action.

i've spent the morning reading this site and the last few years researching and trying and failing at real estate investing!

my biggest problem would then be where to find pre-foreclosures, I've seen all the web sites advertising pre-foreclosure lists, but i'm not sure how accurate they are or if I should even bother with them.

Does anyone know of a site of some sort where you can look at a properties available and that it specifies wheather they are under contract or if they are still available to submit offers?

I tried to go to your site but it says url not found.Oh, the "I" in indy must be lowercase for it to work.

I know that you can find the owners on auditors web sites, but in the event that you can't or that its a finance company, how do you find the owners?

I think everyone should visit the site to see what he has to say.
