Matt Lawrence completely agree with J ScottAND I will add, even if its a bank that doesn't sell of its loans like he mentioned (federally insured) it's going to be next to impossible.You made the choice to favor "tax write-offs" instead of profit and this is what underwriters like me look for to underwrite a loan.

Natasha Hylton I didn't think you were actually going around the realtor (trying to take their business), but that you didn't want to use one and prefer to save the commission, which I totally understand, but you have to be prepared to do all that they do in that case.
