Come on, if you just invested 100 grand in something, and your profit margins are so slim that you even waste 5 minutes thinking about something under $100 you're F ing up.Then there are the ones contemplating lawsuits involving three figure dollar amounts.

The area that is below Grand Blvd is the midtown area and it is getting very expensive and, for the most part, it's apartments.Above the Blvd and up to Boston, however, are streets filled with wondrous houses.

If one had no assets, and was maybe doing the "FIRE" thing on a couple grand a month from side hustles or similar, it may make sense to at least meet the mandate of the law. 

Other markets I'm currently researching are the Duluth, MN up to Grand Marais, MN area.
