I am going through an FHA loan partnered with Rhode Island Housing, so I expected it to take a while, but i got news yesterday that the appraisal was just performed, just waiting on the report.

I'm not trying to deny it happened, because I don't know anything about it, but an article with a subheading "karma's a b**ch" obviously isn't concerned with telling the whole story on anything.
