Made my morning!

They are not shy people and they put out news releases to attract folks like you.As a matter of fact, I got a news release from one in Chicago this morning.

A seller called me this morning about a 3/2, 1300sf living space on a 13000sf Lot property surrounded by multi family units to the front, its back and almost developed mulit units on it's sides.

Every morning, I have to remind myself that it is NOT the things that happen to me that matter, BUT how I RESPOND/REACT to the things that happen to me.

Really young employees may not have the social experiences to address the expectations of middle age and older clients, IMO, one young couple I recally at a B&B at the lake thought nothing about allowing parties to go well into the morning hours upsetting other clients.

One time in the late 90's, I was enjoying a nice Saturday morning on my computer and drinking coffee.

The bank agreed to my last counter and Fedex delivered it to my door this morning.

Once I have a list I go look at anywhere from 1-10 properties on any saturday morning.

I usually go out for about 4 hours or so on a Saturday morning and get about 500 addresses.

Especially if that is how majority of the funds in the plan were used.In Summary: Each situation needs to be taken into account separately.You are better off going the route and receiving as interest your share of the funds and you could avoid UBIT.I'll try to remember to read this thread again in the morning.
