When he takes a break he pointed the roller up and sits the other end of the extension pole on the ground, and he pushed the pole inside this cup holder thing, so it won't tip over...while he smoked a cigarette in one hand and worked his mobile phone with the other hand.Then I noticed he walked funny, dragging his feet.

I like this option the least because I want to cut out bank loan costs where possible and pay fully, in cash.I am leaning towards the first option but I have little knowledge of 'manufactured homes' in terms of whether they retain their value, whether you are even able to rent the home if it is on a mobile park, etc.
