Otherwise, they will start manufacturing supposed mold issues or pest issues, and they may even cause damage and then say you're neglecting the property and it's uninhabitable and call the building inspector, etc.So, maybe there's a middle ground.

Its a city with some pretty major crime issues, a decaying manufacturing base etc.in 1970 Stl, Had 622K people, it is at 319K in 2010, and hearing it might drop below 300 in the next census.I just don't think its a place I would want to be investing without being experienced in the city.
